Corn nutrition guide and recommendations

An efficient plant nutrition program for corn must include both macronutrients and micronutrients. SQM offers SPN products that can be applied via fertigation, foliar spraying, or to the soil, depending on the crop stage.

These nutrition recommendations for corn are general. Consult your SQM advisor for a program tailored to your crop conditions and the correct use of Speedfol products.

Leaf Development	Speedfol™ Amino Starter SC	1.000 ml	2,0 lt	High in Phosphorus and auxins to promote root growth and early plant development. Contains amino acids for protein synthesis.
Stem Elongation	Speedfol™ Amino Vegetative SC	1.000 ml	5,0 lt	High in Nitrogen to promote vegetative development.
Two Weeks Later	Speedfol™ Amino Calmag Plus SC	1.000 ml	5,0 lt	To provide high Calcium and Magnesium requirements of the plant.
Two Weeks Later	Speedfol™ Mg SC	1.500 ml	6,5 lt	Speedfol™ Mg SC is especially recommended where corn grows with Magnesium deficiency or in acidic soils.
	Speedfol™ B SP	200 gr	1,0 kg	Apply once before flowering. Increases the number of grains per cob.
